Inclusive Healthcare Access and Personalized Health Management for Children and Adolescents

The CONNECT-CARE project aims to create an innovative and interactive digital platform that will transform the way children, adolescents, and their families manage their health and adopt healthier lifestyles.

The Project:

CONNECT-CARE aims to transform healthcare by providing personalized obesity prevention and management strategies and improving bidirectional communication between healthcare professionals and end users.
CONNECT-CARE will use cutting-edge technology to track individual health data, such as diet, exercise, weight, and behaviors, and then use AI to predict and prevent diseases at an early stage.

Objectives

At CONNECT-CARE, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of children and adolescents. 
To achieve this, we focus on four key objectives: 

  • Build and Analyze a Comprehensive Health Database:
    We will use an AI-powered engine to analyze demographic, socioeconomic, and clinical data in order to create personalized health recommendations.
  • Engage the Community in the Design:
    We are designing our platform alongside the future end users, including children, adolescents, and healthcare professionals, to ensure its usefulness, accessibility, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Develop Innovative Health Management Tools:
    We are implementing advanced technology to provide personalized solutions that will improve lifestyle habits among young people and their families.
  • Continuously Evaluate and Improve:
    We will conduct rigorous studies to evaluate the effectiveness of CONNECT-CARE and ensure it truly improves users’ health and engagement.
